  • How do I sign up?

It's easy! You can sign up over the phone, or simply fill out the form on our "Contact Us" page, and we'll respond as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may call or text directly using one of the local phone numbers listed on our "Service Areas" page.

  • How often does your company come out?

Most of our customers prefer once or twice a week service.

Other service schedules are available.

  • Do I have to be home for the service?

No. If your yard is fenced, we ask that you unlock the gate on your service day. We will call ahead or send a text to let you know that we are on the way to service your yard.

  • Do you work through the winter?

Yes. Dogs do their business all year long, and our company continues to clean up and remove dog waste through winter.

  • What happens when it rains or snows?

We work in most weather, but snow can stop us. If there is more than about half an inch of snow, we will postpone that day's service until the next day or two, when the snow melts away. If there is a great accumulation and the snow stays on the ground for more than a week, then your monthly rate will remain the same due to double the amount of waste that will be picked up. Our company will usually work in the rain. A very heavy rainfall may stop us, though. We will most often be able to make up the work later in the week.

  • Do you work on holidays?

When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will usually be out there the following day or prior day in some cases. Service returns to the regular day the following week.

  • Should I unlock my gate?

Yes. Since employees are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock or tell us the combination if that will be convenient for you. If a gate is locked when we arrive and we cannot perform the pet waste service, a charge is still incurred. We will be out the next week and remove the double pet waste accumulation.

  • Can you work with our dog in the yard?

YES! We are dog lovers; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker into the yard to perform poop scooper services. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog. We don't want to take any unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.

  • What if I want to skip a service day?

You will not be charged if you call the company office 24 hours prior to tell the service worker to skip your yard that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a few weeks, we can hold service for you.

  • How do I pay?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. Your card will be billed at the end of each month. If your credit card is declined for some reason, we will contact you. If payment is not received by the following visit, service will be suspended until the payment is made.  We are a GREEN company and only send a paper statement at your request. We will gladly mail the invoice if you desire.

  • Are there any contracts I have to sign?

No. We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, and there is no minimum service period. All we ask is that you provide 24 hours' written notice for cancellation of the service. Additionally, we offer a 5% discount if you pay in advance for six months or a 10% discount if you pay in advance for one year.

  • Is it possible to get a one-time only service?

Sure! One-time-only or short-term poop scooper service may be easily arranged.
